How do you go inverted?

Two main ways I do it inverted" back flip 'nose in' or heli side on 'roll'

I all ways do a forward flip into inverted as if it goes t*ts up you are pushing the heli away from you rather than pulling it towards you!!

I started from flips forward or backward but I nearly always have the heli at one side or the other, side on, Now i mostly roll into it, But i think that comes from practising F3C and teaching on a trainer cord, so the trainee has the heli tail in to him, don't know why but side on feels natural.

The first inverted I did was holding until my knees went at the top of a loop. Have not got brave enough to try it lower down - except in the SIM, which doesn't really count!!!

A real mix of rolls and flips around 50/50

In the SIM, have just been trying the roll into inverted, as previously I had just flipped over into it. Obviously the heli is at a different orientation. mmmmm......
