Stupid Police Officer's

I heard this or a similar story a while back. It makes me so mad, this country really is completely messed up. IMO, the police officers should be reprimanded!

OK it might be a legal offense to litter, but it's obvious it wasn't intentional. What they did was completely immoral!!!

Rearding smoking behind the wheel, IMO that's just as bad as using the phone and should be banned also.

the problem is the police arnt doin the job we pay them for...for example

next door to me stole some wood of my garden and i called the police they came..they said i have to prove it was mine..which i couldnt..now the following week i was parked a little close to next doors car and he went off on one claimin queens highway n crap and i have to move my car well i told him to back off or get a broken nose (he came into my face and i dont like that)...well cops was called by him and i nearly got nicked for parking 1ft 2" away from his car...glad my misses was preggo and i used that excuse lol but still its pretty fkd up and me and him still dont talk

This is unfortunately what you are going to get when your targets are "detecting crime" rather than "making society better".

If accurate, this part would explain the fine though :

A Strathclyde Police spokeswoman said: 'An individual was seen throwing papers in the street. 'When he was spoken to he retained the money that he’d accidentally thrown away, but then repeated his actions with the papers. He was issued with a fixed-penalty ticket.'

Some of you appear to be missing the point, the fine wasn't issued for the initial dropping of the money and receipt it was issued for the deliberate dropping of the receipt after it was given back to him.
Still judging by the level of literacy exhibited in some of these posts it doesn't surprise me that you couldn't read all of the article.

I'm sure your local 'Stupid police Officers' have nothing better to do than come and sort out your cerebally challenged neighbourly disputes - well i told him to back off or get a broken nose (he came into my face and i dont like that) - a real treat for the local constabulary dealing with such intellectuals.
