Exactly. The real reason why he was fined. If he did drop litter intentionally then he deserves the fine.

Regardless of the court outcome I am sure he will make more than £50 + his legal expenses from selling the story to the papers. In fact, I bet the papers are already backing his legal defence to make a story out of it.
