  • Hitec HS-5065MG Digital Micro

I know this subject has been discussed before but wonder if anyone has comments to make on its use as replacement for HS MG65 in Trex 450 Pro.

Your experience and views would be very helpful to me.

    Cheers

Last week I had to replace all three cyclic servos in my Mini Titan. There are very few complaints for the (older) HS65MG which is hailed as the benchmark for micro servos and now the digital version is available it was a simple decision to take and I bought 3x HS5065MG.

Flying the model at the weekend displayed all the benefits of fast & accurate digital servos thereby easily justifying my choice.

    I hope this helps.

I also replaced HS65MG with the digital hitecs on my 450 and the difference is tremendous.
However my 65Mgs were definitely rather tired and lacking torque.

I have the HS-5065s in my Outrage G5 and though I would probably not notice a difference with the with the standard HS65MGs (I am not that good a R/C pilot) which I have in my TREX 250 and a couple of planks, I just like to have the best gear for the job I can and the HS-5065s were generally rated as the best. I would buy them again.
