Is there any benefit in using 5c lipos on a std charger,i got 2x accucell6 from turnigy,can i charge any higher than 1c?

yeah i'm pretty sure they'll be ok on 2c
although it won't be half the charging time more like 2/3 of the charging time as it will charge the battery to a certain level at 2c then slow down to balance the lipo. if your considering charging you packs all the time at 2c it would be a good idea to think about getting a charger that does support high c charging as they will look after the lipos a little better

id just make sure you have a decent power supply, pulling 2C through the usual 5A laptop power supply type wont be easy on it and can actually upset the lipos too, Fusion does a fantastic PS for around £30

I use a 6A laptop type power supply on my Turnigy Acucell charger and although I've set the charge rate at 1C (3.7a) the most I get to on my 3700mah packs is 2.7 amps which is about 0.73C.
