  • Remote glow

    What type of contectors are you guys using to conect the remote glow to the plug? I,ve got a hyper 50 and I use a small crock clip on the plug but some times it just does,nt conect very well the glo driver says good glo but engine wont start so I give the lead a wiggle and away we go! but its starting to p*ss me off so what you using??

    croc clips here .. I changed mine for some from maplin and not had n e problems with them

          I use croc clips or presto plugs, currently I prefer the presto plug solution

                Bit of fuel tube with the wire in it. It's free and 100% reliable. I use it on my planks with inverted engines as well.

                  Most of mine have the wire hook clip type thing (I don't know what it's called) and the only problem I have had is they can very easily short out on the head fins. A bit of heat shrink on the end with the loop helps and I just jiggle it now and then.

                  I like the fancy presto plug type but have had those come apart where the wire attaches.

                  The switchglo has a croc type and that seems to work fine.
