Trex 600 Phantom Canopy

I wanted to get me a Canomod Phantom canopy like the one here....

but I have heard that the first shaped canopy touches the swash in places.
Does anyone know if this is true?

Heard that the first run of these canopys for the 600N didnt fit,
i.e the synergy style ones, as a freind wanted one too.
Heard that from the guys at real raptors at the 3d champs.
Aparently everyone they had went back to canomod.
Dont know if they have sorted it & got new ones out though.

I can confirm this aswell.....I got one and it rubbed on the 2 front cyclic servo wheels..got sent back to F.L.

Well that's saved me £60 then!

I also got the v2 style and sent it back due to ill fitting.

Ended up with the original v1 style which didnt look too bad.

Yep...they sure are V-nice lids....its just a crying shame the V2 style doesnt fit...

I just really liked the Synergy look! I guess there's no such issues with the 700 then?

700 fits fine.

For me their not so visible in the air as the standard canopy.
They look great on the bench just dont show up whilst in the air.

Nice looking canopy to show the heli. I might consider getting one of these for the Trex 450 se.
