TBH, I've pretty much told her not to buy me heli stuff.

It's too easy to wreck something you've been bought, or to discover it wasn't such a great idea after all. If you've bought it yourself, it's not good, but if it's a gift there's emotional complications.

Mind you, I got some thermals for Christmas (and we know where they'll be used...), and the birthday Leatherman Skeletool CX comes flying loads.

Yep they sure did, my first thought was OH, that is going to get taken back to be swapped. Then the wife just couldn't help herself and burst out laughing.
Also got some more 600 align blades as you can never have enough, and some new ball link pliers as mine are knackered.
Now all i need to do is get my 600LE built, OS55 inserted, hopefully will start that tomorrow, and my lads 250, he is going to build it with help from me, and he needs to get a new rx with his money he got for xmas
