trex 600 fuel tank

hi there can anyone help how do get the fuel tank past rubber gasket at the top i dont want to damage the carbon frame if id known it was goin too be a struggel i would have put it in while making frame up .

Bit of lube on the rubber makes a lot of difference

little bit of silicone oil on the rubbers and some persuasion and it will go in

tried that it is as tight as ducks arse cant put it any other way tone

Lube it up, then push the top of the fuel tank down, and persuade it in, it does go....

Befor you put the frames together ,put the tank in goes in easy...if your building and not just replacing

else failing that, boil the kettle, loop some fuel tube from one nipple to the other and soak it in boiling water, it will soon soften up
