Ryanair in crosswind Landing

thought I would share an image of a Ryanair 737 about to Land at Leeds a while back.. I could imagine a few of the passengers looking concerned looking out of the windows on the left

From my office at Heathrow based in the maintance sheds I can see right down the runway. I seen some hairy landings in th past. The best was yesterday we had two Eurofighters come in together.
