Try using a torx driver a bit larger than the original screw driver gently hammer it in if u can so it cuts its own way in and it should let u get it out

a dremmel if you have one and "slot" the screw head so you can get a straight screw driver on it.if that fails drill a pilot hole then use a drill sharpened the wrong way with the dremmel in reverse that usually does the trick but you need to be accurate

I had to do this on about 6 screws on my 500,only trouble is it cuts into the speciality washers so you will need to replace them mate.
P.S remember to wear goggles, cos them bits that fly off can be nasty

Is the screw recessed? If not you can always try to either grabbing the head with a pair of longnose. The problem with trying to pilot drill the screw out is that the drillbit will try and take the path of least resistance and that will be the plastic/cf body.

The advantage of using a Dremel is that as you grind your slot in it, you are creating a little heat that will soften locktight.

Another way to soften loctite is to hold the point of a soldering iron (while its on) against the head of the screw/bolt.

I use a pair of lindstrom snips... they are very hard and will cut into the outside of the head.. that then gives you about 3 inches of lever you can apply to the tips (o.5mm notch you cut into the screw head) can some times be a bit hard to make them bite propperly but its good for most screws up to about M4....

I rounded a couple on my old 250, I just used pliers to grip and twist it out. It will be hard work trying to slot a 0.9mm hex screw!
