    Duxfords new toy

    Myself and my g/f was at Duxford on sunday for remembrance day and after we walked around all the hangers and i saw Duxfords new toy.

    I spoke to a guy there and even he said its there new toy lol
    Pretty cool and i think its the only real one thats in a museum

          I like Duxford, its a great place to visit.
          I really like the B52 and SR-71 in the American exhibit, and have a peculiar liking for the A-10 Warthog which I think is a great looking aircraft.
          I'd recommend it to anyone with even a passing interest in aircraft, good day out.

            That hanger doesn't even look open to the public - Did you sneek a peek or did they open everything up for rememberance day

                Last time I was there back in September it was in the refurb' section joined to the main hanger, it looked well beaten up though, I think it was number three of the main Typhoon test airframes, or something like that.

                I agree what was said about the Blackbird & A-10, I have loads of photos taken in the USAF Hanger.

                      That must be what I saw flying past Chelmsford last week (Thursday I think), in formation with a Spitfire! We thought it was some sort of practise for Rememberance Sunday.
