Hi All
As per my previous post, I have decided to put my brand new Ely Q Vision 50 Competition airframe up for raffle. As can be seen from the pictures, the airframe has been built. An engine was fitted, but has been removed and sold. The airframe has been fitted with a Quick UK tail gearbox and an Align metal boom clamp.The ball links have been changed for Robbe Raptor links. The canopy has been professionally painted by Simon at TrexMad. The raffle winner will receive the complete airframe including the upgrades detailed above, along with the build manual and kit tail blades.
The raffle will follow the normal raffle format. Once all tickets are paid for, it will be on the next Wednesday or Saturday draw and the bonus ball will decide the winner.
The cost of a ticket is £4, which gives a total of £196. I will be happy to ship the heli to the winning bidder at cost. Collection is welcome.
Due to the problems with Paypal payment, I would ask that if possible payment be made via bank transfer. If you are not able to pay through bank transfer, then use Paypal as a gift, but add the appropriate amount depending on your number choice (£4.01 for number 1 ... up to £4.49 for number 49). This will hopefully avoid alerting Paypal to multiple deposits of the same amount. Once all the tickets have been sold I will work out how much I have been overpaid, and donate the overpayment to the forum. Also, when payment is made using Paypal, avoid the use of the word 'raffle’ or ’lottery' in the message.
Please request your numbers via the thread, and follow up with a PM with your payment method. I will reply with either my bank details or Paypal address.
