    Shall I raffle it??

    Hi All

    Due to a change of plan, I have a brand new Ely Q Competition airframe that I no longer need. The Airframe is new and has been built, and has been fitted with a Quick UK tail gearbox and an Align metal boom clamp. The canopy has been professionally painted by Simon at TrexMad.

    The raffle would include the complete airframe including the upgrades detailed above. Tickets would follow the normal raffle format and would be £4 each via bank transfer. I would ship the heli at cost.

    What do you all think? Shall I bother or have raffles died a death?

                        Personally I think that raffles have had their day. If the PayPal issue has been or can be overcome, I'd maybe think differently. But I think many are reluctant or can't be arsed to do bank transfers etc.

                        Anything that is priced right will sell quickly, as was proved by your earlier sale.

                        Just my two cents.

                          Raffle it. The chance of a new airframe for a few quid is worth a go to a lot of people. It's no trouble setting up a bank transfer, piece of cake. I'll have a couple.

                              Theres been some gear on here that i would of bought but its been raffled ! and i cant be arsed to buy tickets and wait for the result. just my 2p worth
