  • Servo Database

    Hey everyone,

I'm trying to spread the word about a new resource I've built for RC enthusiasts called Servo Database.

The goal of this project is to have detailed, organized information for every RC servo in existence. (Currently the database has 1,792 servos!)

I've tried to make it easy to quickly view and compare different servos. Some other features of the database include:
    • Advanced search feature to find servos based on any criteria. For example, you could do a search to find all Futaba servos that are digital and have at least 250 oz/in of torque.
    • Ability to sort servos according to any attribute (e.g. fastest to slowest)
    • Servo reviews allow you to discuss and rate each servo.

Let me know what you think!

Nice, should come in handy. Bookmarked for future use.

Cool! I see you have the kg / cm equivalents on there too. Sometimes I have found this slightly annoying when trying to compare and only finding one in kg/cm and the other in oz/in etc.

            That useful!
I realise the servo sizes are listed with dimensions, but it would also be useful to clasify them into the three or 4 common types:
micro (as for trex 450), mini (as for trex 500), standard size.
also state any specialist purpose - e.g retract, tail rotor, glider wing servo etc.

...maybe its all there and I didn't spot it

Ive seen something like this before but it was well out of date, nothing past about 3-4 years ago, but this is excellent, only had a quick peek at it so far, but it looks really good, Ilike the comparison bit very nice.
              All the best

The Hitec HS-65MG is inaccurate as it states plastic gears, the MG specifies Metal Gear.
The Futaba 9253 is missing information for its digital specification, cant find an official link to show this though so cant submit and update

                Nice reference though
