Perhaps you should use 'Golden Balls' like posh spice does!

To get the hypersizer to work i found i had to clip a link onto the sizer, then apply a little pressure on the outside of the link with a pair of pliers while rotating the hypersizer, frequently checking for a smooth fit.

Have heard another way to do it is to remove the handle from the hypersizer and then put the cutting part into a mini drill & spin it up in a link until the correct fit is obtained.

              Hi,

I found with the Hypersizer that even though the standard instructions for the Hypersizer says approx 10 turns should be enough to give a smooth linkage i found much more was needed. What i did with my links was to pop the link onto the hypersizer and then rotate the link rod with my finger untill the resistance on the link became less, works great!.. still gives a tight fit on the ball but is now smooth and the link can be turned with your fingers.

              Hope this helps
              Thanks!
