Wow

Hi guys


Just wanted to post about HORIZONS service,
I know most of you already know how good they are but on saturday when i was taking my AR9000 rx off my 600 rexy i broke the case and the 2 aerials so i put a post on here about still using the rx with 2 of the satellites with it and some said just send it to horizons, so thought i might as well do so and not risk it.

Well i packed it up and my girlfriend took the package to her work on monday and sent it out via DHL and horizon got it yesterday (tuesday).
Now i was waiting for a call with price to replace the casing and to new satellites buttttttttttttt at 08:26am this morning (wed) i got worken by my moody post women and she gives me a pakage with my RX all new case and 2 new aerials and updated firmwire and at a cost of NOTHING!!!!!!!!!


WOW now thats what i call top service and awesome turn around only 3 days from me to fixed to back to me but also for free, i was ok paying for it to be fixed.

I need an internal part for my 7c and am actually thinking of trashing it cos i cant be bothered to be messed by ripmax and i will move to spektrum and rippy loose yet another customer forever.

Yep they are very very good, I sent off a crash damaged 7000 receiver, came back return of post, tested with new case upgraded firmware and all free of charge.
