      Blowing a gale here. Was lashing it down, but it's actually brightening up! Think I'll go & look for my stunt kite.

            damp and windy here, was up at 5am too, managed to re-install xp, clean my rave, fix my msr, and would you believe the posty turned up today with a new battery and swashplate leveller for my rave I ordered yesterday after 2pm ... looks like special deliveries are not delayed! hopefully the wind will die down later or tomorrow.

              The wind is flyable but it's been raining all day, well since it got light. If i had a night set up i could have flown this morning.

                    threw a bit of caution to the wind - it was drizzling down here and went to our empty field and had 2 of my best flights with the Raptor.

                    did 2 tanks and thought i'd quit whilst ahead and everything was starting to set sodden. Managed to keep the TX reasonably dry.

                            Now persisting down again, and sat in our lounge I can hear the wind howling through the power wires on the poles outside. Think I'll give it a miss today.
