Cold Fingers!!

Was chilly up the field today...still,the plank flyers were not flying as much and most came down before the timers hehe,more time for heli's to slot in

15 helis in the pitts and 7 planes(2 were mine lol) i think they are getting popular

Had a good days flying,anyone else get out and have cold hands?

yeah

i been out today, only me and my dad at the field, but was chilly specially when the sun wentbehind the clouds

spent about 3 hrs there this afternoon, have to admit to flying a plank as well though

all on charge now for tomorrow

Yeah i know what you mean ive been fine tunning my T-rex today in the back garden cold but no breeze for me which helped me alot as i have sussed my tail wag been a 12 hour process but i done it (Im a noob flyer but i will get there)

Hope its cold but mainly no wind i cant wait to get back out there

yer went out for 2 batts earlier at bout 2pm and then just been for one more

fortunately up here in Finland, temperatures are still above the freezing point. Of nitro fuel.

Didn't get out today but did go after work on Friday night to fly the Trex 500.
Got to the field and the wind was really strong! Wasn't too sure but decided to try anyway as flying time is limited at the moment.
Ended up having 2 really good flights, did my first front flip and also my first extended loop :-) It was exciting trying to do stall turns and watching the heli get blown half way across the field!
Nearly went home after the first pack though as my fingers were seizing up from the wind. Must remember to pack my fingerless gloves next time!

Just remembered that a member has made a log burner out of a large gas bottle,will get the thing out tommorrow and try it out

So not bad. But really rusty as I have not really flown since before the Champs.
