ironically, when you point out objectionable videos on youtube, they collect more views.

You know spectators at traffic accidents, people who slow down because they want to know what happened (not because someone might need help). The right thing to do is just ignore the accident and concentrate on your own driving. Most people can't resist the temptation, though. Call it curiosity, call it voyerism.

It's pretty much the same with all you fun police on the internet. All those stupid "flying-the-raptor-in-the-living-room" videos would disappear into obscurity, if people would realize, there's nothing I can do about it, and the best thing I can do is look away.
All the above is IMO. Opinions, yes, I have lots of those

I think it's kinda cool actually. I'd rather see that than the brain-dead stuff that
Johnny Knoxville and those other guys who's name I can't remember do on telly.

I think there is a balance to be struck.

We can all watch in awe as Robbie Maddison jumps a motorcycle off
a 10 story building in Las Vegas.

The difference is that some people may not actually realise how dangerous a 450 heli can be from watching that video but they damn sure will realise it if they're standing a few feet from one in real life.

I'd rather live in a world where people are left to use their own common sense and are allowed to do as dangerous things as they like (so long as they do so knowingly and are only endangering themselves). But in an ideal world, one person's error in judgement won't have repercussions for the rest of us and that's where it can get sticky.

I for one am looking forward to the next installment where he does the same with a T-Rex 700!!

Let the blood flow and the good times roll!

Take for instance Bob J's other hobby ( i believe you still do it) bunch of loons jumping off a cliff with a giant lawnmower strapped to their backs!! To most it's pure lunacy but i for one think it's great!! He's not hurting anyone, they know the risks and if they get a buzz and enjoyment then why sould anyone else spoil their fun.

If it all goes tits up then yes someone else will have to mop up but it's only the same as motorcyclists dying, pedestrians, drunks etc. that go out and die all the time, just cos this is classed as a hobby or sport it is deemed unacceptable to have too much fun!

Portugese, or Brazil going by the name - I know a Brazilian Pedro Matos
Its got a big lump slung undrneath...maybe a helicommand or something?
There is a vid of a guy who puts the tx down and reaches over the disc to touch his finger on the head button - to demonstrate how pointlessly stable his helicommand thing is...

Only a 450.... Will just take an eye out, then he won't be able to fly to which ever side without turning his head.

I wonder if he will do it with a 90?

Sod the catch & release, i'm more annoyed about him cheating when doing piro circles

There is a vid somewhere of a guy flying a Trex 600e indoors & looses control. He sees it's going to go behind him & hit the spectators so he grabs it & gets a severe 600mm blade beating to save others from injury.
