I really hate setting up linkages.. drives me absolutely potty!
"Anger and Frustration bring the best out of my flying ability.. because generally I don't give a shit either if the machine hit's the deck or stay's in the air - both will accomplish satisfaction, but most of all it exerts the feeling of flying conservatively. - Callum" www.callumheli.co.uk

The Raptor frame might get my vote, too.
I once had to saw a 700 feathering shaft in two after one of the Align Cheese screws stripped. And, cutting slots into some of the 700 frame screws after stripping, that wasn't too much fun either.
Lots of good votes there. I recognise "sawing a mainshaft in half to get it out" I think that was on a MiniPred. I've had to leave an EDF Typhoon stuck 30-40ft up a tree before, but was fortunate to have another club memeber get it down for me. Having stripped the Raptor last night ready for re-build later I can certainly sympathise with the feeling "might as well build a new one" but really feel for Knight 50 owners who have to strip out the servos since my servo tray came out with just 6 screws and a few snipped cable ties.
Preparing myself mentally for the rebuild now. I'm not looking forward to the "parts left over" bit and I know for sure that I lost one engine mounting screw at the field and bent a few undercarriage-to-mainframe fasteners so I'll have to break out my ingenuity there for sure.
