trex600 help

i have a trex 6oo nitro with a kasama head and qiuck uk swash and washout block im trying to get a 12 12 pitch range but the most i can get is 11 11
is this the max u can get out of this head or am i doing something wrong
all links are in the outer holes im 0 pitch at middle stick and everything nice and level and straight
any help here would be gratefull

im using the same setup and am able to get +14 -14 degrees but dial it down to 12 degrees.14 is just a bit too much i find
try these rod lengths,

bellcrank-swash = 60mm (hole centres)

washout-flybar = 43mm

swash-mixing arm = 92mm


they work for me,just higher/lower your swash mix pitch values to get max travel with no binding
(this is assuming your servos are at 90 degrees centre stick)
