Bad Lipo may be?

Hey guys, I have got a few of the lightmax 2200 25c zippy batterys from hobby king. (See link) HobbyKing Online R/C Hobby Store : ZIPPY Flightmax 2200mAh 3S1P 25C $18.99

I have 4 of them but one is not charging all the way. Each cell should get up to 4.20 but the last 2 cycles it only gets up to 4.10 (each cell) before it beeps to say its finished. Do any of you have any thoughts on what's going on? All the others are fine?!?

Jez, is that all 3 cells stop at 4.10v or does one get to 4.20v, with the other 2 at 4.10v?

What charger are you using and are you balance charging the pack each time?

Jez is at mine at the moment and all 3 cells stopped at 4.10v and he is using trudingy charger and is always balance charged.
