Battery Advice

I have a Raptor 50 SE titan with a spectrum ar7000 rx I will be using align 610/620 servo's which battery should I use for this RX

Do you want to run a li-po regulator setup or Ni-Mh pack?

Your servos can be run @ 6V so...
Grab yourself an Align 2in1 Combo and you will get a 7.4v 2 cell lipo with it. Even better grab just the 2in1 unit and get something like an Outrage 2S (7.4v) 2500mah + pack.
This way you can regulate your gear and have remote starting all in one package and with all the advantages of using a lipo battery also.

id go the align 2in1 route too.
for battery i like a 2s2p setup as its safer if you loose a cell.

Thanks guys this is my first IC build so it is all new to me, so go with the align 2in1, so I assume you connect the lipo to 2in1 and then the 2in1 to the rx?

Go for the unit on its own and grab a 2s2p pack As already said it will be better/safer than Aligns 2s1p lipo that you can get with it as a combo.

What tail servo are you using/plan on using? If it aint 6v compatible then you will need a 5.1 stepdown for the tail. Im gathering you have/are thinking of the Align 620? If so then you wont need the stepdown.
