probs with my dx9

having problems with my DX9 , if i alter any settings when using the tx ,then switch it off when i come to use it again the re-sets i have enterd have been lost ,could this be a flash memory problem???
mcgreggor say send it back but engineer only works on wed for about hour and a half or so !!! lovelly .

Have you contacted pro-build to see if they would be willing to service it? Might be worth a try!
