I see there are still some members on the forum even at this silly hour, i am up waiting for the doctor as my wife has stomach pains, even though she tried to stop me calling, not being able to get up to stop me. come on doctor.

I am on night shift stuck in the middle of the north sea.

The wife has just been carted off in an ambulance, suspected apendisitise, got to wait until about half 5, 6 o-clock to ring up and see if she has to stay in or not, no sleep for me or her by the way of things, and a day off tomorrow i think
Now i have to sit here and worry for an hour or 2, thanks god with all the comings and goings the kids have slept through it all

Yeh was a good call, hopefully she won't have to stay in but she had taken pain killers so was better when she left but all depends what she is like when they wear off

I have just got back from picking her up from hospital, is suspected apendasitis but can't be confirmed, and as the pain has dropped off they wanted her to go home and see how it goes, if it gets worst again when the pain killers wear off then she will have to go in again, glad to have her home

Had about an hours sleep and got to go to work as well, did have an important meeting at 9 but that had to go, and am supose to be going to gosport tomorrow but think i will cancel that to be on the safe side

Thanks everyone for all the well wishes,
Left her at home sleeping for a bit as she was so tired, myself am now feeling v tired, so going home at 2:30 and getting the kids from school and i expect i will crash out for a couple of hours and a very early night
