Really does give the sense that your looking at a 3D scene, very impressive. Though only works for one person at a time, for the moment. If this can be tweaked to include more people, then it would be great for the Wii. And possibly other applications.

Imagine Call of Duty or Boxing that would be so different.

I dont think that it would ever be possible to make it work for more than one person just using what he has there, as the guy explained its using the perspective of a tracked point to figure out how to adjust the image, the system wouldnt be able to display both images.

However there is maybe one way it could be done if more equipment was used, you can get those 3D glasses that have LCD blinders in them, they normally alternate between left eye and right eye, if you modified them to block both eyes at the same time, then unblock for an equal ammout of time, with a sufficiently high refresh rate, then it could display the perspective for one person while the other persons glasses are stopping them see, it would have to be syncrhonised with which ever perspective is displayed on the monitor correctly, and have a high enough frame rate and refresh rate (about 120Hz for two people, 180 for three and so on) and the image would have to be about twice as bright as normal, three times for three etc...

But it would work, setting it all up would be challenging, but fun though.

Don't think it'll be particularly useful on the sim. It only really works for objects that appear close to the plane of the TV. Also, it requires you to move around to see the parallax changes.

Maybe not for a sim as much, but games sure, and well even on a sim you're bound to move arround a bit, especially if you use the sim on a wall monitor stood up.
