Quick UK Swash Question.

On my Trexy 600 the QUK swash has a lot of play in the Heim ball (I think thats what its called) The ball can move up down within its housing maybe as much as 1mm or worse.

Now, is this Heim ball housing a 3 part Item. i.e Is the ball sandwiched between two seperate metal halves to give the correct clearance or is it a pre-assembled rose joint type assembly as mine is needing TLC at the mo.

Just read the blurb from QUK site and the ball is PTFE lined..SOOOO is it a moulded one piece afair or built up?..Any takers with experience in bearings???
