Night Flying.!!

Who else has been bitten by this crazy night flying.

Got my Torsion blades and some cold light string, Also bought some glow sticks via eBay so ready to rock n roll.

Built a T-Rex 600 up out of my spares box so gonna decorate it real soon.

Gonna stage a night flying event soon and see just how good it really looks.

Watched Jason Platts and Rob Turnbull at my last flyin and other than it being 2am in the morning and me almost asleep I thought it was fantastic.

Wow, spooky. I've literally just finished setting up my NSP for night flying. Gonna give it a test flight tomorrow evening I did some on my 450 pro last week at our bbq, but have been waiting for weeks for my light string to arrive as the stuff i used on my Knight last year all went brittle and snapped.

need to find some cheap cold light string and get some torsion night blades ....or just do a Pete Ayriss and dont bother with the blades lmao

It was only my 2nd attempt at nite at North Notts flyin, it was addictive! Not sure Steve Boothman felt the same after having a try on my nite Knight. Sorry Steve, will get round to improving the gyro set up. Done some searching for the flexible LED strip as used by Jase. It's still quite expensive, about £10 - £20 per meter. But I think it's the way to go for nite flying. Was thinking I could easily design a circuit so the brightness could be controlled from the Tx.
