No idea just what I was told recently when I was looking for a job.

Been Self Employed for 10+ years so I have no idea what paid holiday is

Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

The current statutory minimum is 5.6 weeks per year so if you work a 5 day week that is 28 days.

Don't forget though that this can include public and bank holidays so it is not as good as it sounds as there are 8 of these in England and Wales (9 in Scotland 10 in N. Ireland)

So that generally ends up as 20 days leave + Public and Bank Holidays ...
