Could be a Grey Import. He probably ordered from HK (where they are available) and his now selling it in the UK via BMFA. Might be a genuine reason for sale or wanting to make a quick buck or two.
Having said that, £209 is a pretty good price considering the prices being banded around when they do become available in the shops here!Comment

I did this with some OS car engines a few years back, still have one brand new in the box. Was destined for my EB4 but I stopped using it and never blew up the Hyper 8 Port that was in it

price in HK is $275 US which is about £165
If he bought a few over in a suitcase he could be making a few quid.... fair play i would if i was travelling from HK. Nice small boxes and easy to carry
