Something vwery strange is gojng on on my 450 since I fitted the digital hitec servos on the swash.
After the first test flight i found one of the L links from washout to swash had snapped off. That was a bit wierd becuase the flight had been fine including a few flips and tick tocks - it was even flying quite a lot more accurately than before with the HS65MG on the swash.
Initially I thought I'd somehow snapped this link during handling as I'd packeda lot of stuff into my tool box when I went away.
I replaced the link and flew the heli again spending some time getting the tracking right - then I just flew it again with a new pack and gaive it a bit of 3D stick and although it seemed to be flying fine the opposite L link is missing.
Its snapped off leaving the screw and two plastic lugs on the washout arm same as the other one.
I'm at a loss to uderstand what is going on that could cause this. Anyone got any ideas? Nothing seems to be bent...
It is amazing how well a heli flies with only one washout arm connected. I flew my raptor .50 like that for most of a flight once too.
