Have you ever flown a Protech model? I have 2 zoom 400's and have to say they are a nice solid model, yes they have their weak point, like the tail gears for example, but Protech did release a mod with a different set which was much better and even included the mod into all existing original spec kits FOC, so you cant fault their determination to market a good quality product.
The only criticism I had with them in recent months is the age old one inflicting much of the hobby, which is the availability of spare parts.
I suspect a number of companies in this hobby would do well to take a leaf out of their book
