I am a firm believer in copryright...trademarks etc .....I have rightly challenged other companies that have used my company name and another that used a trademarked logo of mine.
Neither needed 'legal' action but more of a case excuse me but thats just like
mine.

9/10 times it's not deliberate but an honest mistake/coincidence.

And the constructive posts on this thread are? That is is ok to pirate someone else's work as long as you are not doing any damage to them? So I assume it is perfectly ok for you to use pirated software if you couldn't afford to buy it in the first place thus no financial loss to the software producer.
