And the only posts you have contributed to this forum since you joined is to stir shit up.

Just done a search on your previous and not one piece of constructive help in any of them but plenty of mixing trouble.

        Nothing changes eh.

Recommending that "Socks Thread" was the first really intelligent thing I've found on this thread. Good fun and entertaining text. Things can get too serious at times!

                  oh dear....

Right I am going to sue anyone that has a helicopter that is the same as mine......LMAO

I am a firm believer in copryright...trademarks etc .....I have rightly challenged other companies that have used my company name and another that used a trademarked logo of mine.
Neither needed 'legal' action but more of a case excuse me but thats just like
                  mine.

9/10 times it's not deliberate but an honest mistake/coincidence.

What is it with the world today....sue this person....sue that person.....for crying out loud.

Why does it always have to be in public????? And why do people feel the need to stir.......grow up and get a life!!!!!!

                  Hmmm rant over

And the constructive posts on this thread are? That is is ok to pirate someone else's work as long as you are not doing any damage to them? So I assume it is perfectly ok for you to use pirated software if you couldn't afford to buy it in the first place thus no financial loss to the software producer.

If I was to take a item or goods and copy it and sell/distribute it - then it would be piracy in the sense that your explaining.

To use a logo or trademark without permission is a different position completely.

As far as I'm concerned the issue of the logo is resolved - end of.
