  • What a Great Day

Today was a superb day for Heli flying at clutton.
I'm still on holiday so a quick text to my mate Mark & we were organised to meet at the site for 2pm.
I flew my new 600 super pro to new levels & I'm dead chuffed with it.
I'm not entirely sure if it's the heli or my new DX9 radio thats making the flying so much better or it might be something in the water i'm realy not sure.
I also gave my 450 se v2 a good airing to realy get the adrenaline pumping & got it wrong a couple of times coming back across myself from flips to my left but the sim training helped dig me out & saved it from hitting the deck.
All in all an excelent day with no mishaps or repairs, cant wait till tomorrow to do it all again

The NSP is amasing Mark, dont quite know why you sold it but glad you did as it realy has brought a smile to my face

James I could be tempted tomorrow as i need a set of thrust races for the 600 pro from HH. I only had the inner race on one blade grip & didnt even notice untill I went to fit the metal ones that i bought from Mark.
Guess it explains the tail vibration that i couldnt quite put my finger on for the last few months.

DSX9 I'd say since having mine my flying is surprising me.
Today's outlook is fine for flying.

I've spent half the year rubbishing them after not getting on too well with a mates set
Then swapped my DX7 with cash adjustment for a mint one from jerome, set it up how I like it & I just cant get enough of it

There was nothing ever wrong with the NSP Martin.... i loved it

I was just lured by the shining lights of the Vibe 50 that came up and to be fair it has taken some time to enjoy it as much as the Align but now i have it set up to my liking i have found that it suits the flying style i'm developing, big and smooth

I still have some Stubz on loan from Mattie lodge to try but have not got round to swapping them yet as its flying so well. Will try them on sunday.

Hope to see you out at the field then mate
