  • HS65MG servo performance

Seems the rear HS65MG swash servo on my 450 has become a bit wayward and is not centering well.
The heli has become wobbly, but it seems it’s the tail going up and down and collective disturbance, no roll. Mechanically the head is good with a new v3 head block, spindle and dampers, new bearings in the grips, and the one piece pro links.

I have already replaced the back (elevator) ccpm servo in this once and compared to the front two this servo is young (1 year old). Is this a common thing with HS65MG servos? How long do they generally last?
Is the back ccpm servo loaded more? I admit to doing a lot more tumbling than rolling…

the 65s will lose their power quickly, when they overheat. This can easily happen in a crash, and that's the reason why when the heli goes down I put my dignity aside and run ...
Eventually they'll lose power anyway - I've got a whole bag of broken specimens by now. I simply replace the lower half with a 65 HB, which is dirt cheap if bought "in volume".
