The 2s battery that I use for my 600N has two sets of connecting leads (in addition to the balance connector). Is it ok to use one for my main power source (i.e. plugged into my Align 2-in-1) and the second plugged into my Eagle Tree data logger at the same time?

As long as the data logger can not feed the full 7.2v to the raido equipment (i have no experiance with data logger)
I see no problem with that.
The 2 plugs are conected to both cells, it is just done like this to be able to deliver high amps through the smaller wires. -
Well in this arrangement, the data logger would not be feeding the heli's electronics. There would be one battery lead supplying the Align 2-in-1/servos gyro etc. and a second separate lead that only feeds the data logger.
(the reason I want to do this is that I don't want to re-solder my 2-in-1 with a Deans connector in order to use the Eagle Tree in line with a single battery lead.Comment
