Hi all,
I had to reassemble the tail on my Twister 3D. I forgot which way the belt should twist through 45 degrees but I did not think it would matter as I could switch the gyro to reverse or normal depending if the rudder was reversed.
This did not make a difference so instead I reversed the channel on the TX. This corrected the tail direction and I took off but it just kept piro'ing.
The trim is set to central but the sub trim I noticed after is at 25 (it always was before I had to do the rebuild).
I can not remember setting it to 25 but I wonder if this is the source of my problem or should the gyro keep it straight no matter what?
Given I felt lucky not to stack it and the ground was a bit too wet I took it back inside for another day.
Cheers all,
Jack
