Hi all am thinking about buying another transmitter and buddy lead.
The question is i have a 2.4 7 channel futaba transmitter, do i have to use another 2.4 tranny or can i use a 35 meg tranny, bearing in mind the 2.4 uses a sqaure plug i don't know what plug a 35 meg tranny uses.
    Any one out there know.

i beleave you can use the 35mhz tx as the slave
you can get the futaba round to square or square to square lead
    and round to round
the 7c,9c 35mhz are square plugs
but it depends on what you wish to do with the spare tx
if buddy/sim only then 35mhz is ok
if you wish to fly with it (as a second/spare tx) as you have 2.4 then i would get another 2.4

the lead connects the two tx's together only the master transmits a signal the slave is like a joystick
on some sets yes the master and slave need setting the same
i think the 9c to 9c the slave doesn't need to be set
