ATG users.....Help

I am trying to set up my ATG V3,i have a G-View to make things easy...but for the life of me i carn't get the thing to read/sence the magnet..i have changed the distance away from thr fan,i have set the sensor so that the writing on the sensor is up/facing the magnet....just cannot get the red light to come on when the magnet is over the sensor....???? help

is the magnet facing the right direction, or you might have a faulty sensor?

hi as karl said do you have the magnet the right way up and if so then try it without the g-view connected and without entering setup mode if this dont work then ou may well have a faulty sensor but this is unlikely.

Thanks chaps...a servere case of brain fade......magnet was the wrong way round
