I thought Royal Mail (well, Parcel Force) wern't suposed to deliver before a certain time in the morning. I've just been dragged out of my pit at 0615 to answer the door for a parcel. Mind you, It wasn't so bad when I realised what the parcel contained. My new Phoenix has arrived, YEAH!!!

I shall now have some fun setting it up on my comp and see how I get on.

If you don't see me on here for a few day's, you'll know I'm hooked on it. lol.

When I worked as a postie, you wernt allowed to knock on anyones door until 7am at the VERY earliest as that times classed as acceptable as most (well 'some' lol!!!) are usually getting/got up etc.
Only a few could you knock earlier if you were a regular postie and they said its ok.
Must admit ive had a few times when I had to deliver a parcel the door opening and just an arm poking round the door which you could easily see was attached to a naked body LOL!!!!

I am delivery driver also and it seems you cant please some people,normally moaning because its late,not delivered but now it seems too early is also not acceptable.

Little hint,if you order something,make arrangements for someone to be in to accept it this is the No1 reason why delivery companies may attempt deliveries early or late in day to avoid work hours and wasting our time being unable to do what we are supposed to do ie deliver the goods rather than stuff cards thru peoples doors.
