  • My New Club

    I am now a member of Glaslyn Model Aero Club: -

    It's a small club, I'm the 10th member. I've just met Terry the secretary so far, and he seems like a top bloke. The flying ground is 15 minutes from where I live, so that's brilliant. Would have flown today, but the farmer's cattle had escaped onto our area. Soon though.

    Made up for you Brian, you will be surprised how quickly your confidence and flying skills will improve when you are part of a club, with members providing help, guidance and support.....you will love it....and please let us know how you get on!.....are you sure it was cattle and not sheep that escaped...lol.....lol...

        nice one brian hope you enjoy it mate,
        its the best think being in a club meeting other flyers and learning different moves
        im just in the middle off putting a club together myself and it will be great to go flying when i want

            I'm making no jokes about the Welsh and sheep.... But I wish you well with your new club.

            This is the start of really enjoying the hobby now with the support you will give and receive at a club.

              no problem m8,
              ill come and fly with you m8 dont now when it will be m8 but its a defo on that m8
              im just waiting for the farmer to cut the field then get it rolled and then it will be about ready ive got about 20 members so far but im starting membership when the fields are ready
              and waiting for the membership forms and rule books to come back from the printers
