Trex 500 and JR 3810

I know this is an old thread but i have a 3810,do i lose a channel if i fit the spektrum module?

Hi I used to have one of these, and with the spektrum module and a 9 channel reciver you only get 8 channels. IE 8 is the max. you should be fine with it tho?.. i used it to run remote gains on gyro and gov.
