  • Only two of us today but.........

Richard H and myself had a wicked afternoon learning new stuff along with some routine manouvre's we already know.

Richard did his first "Rainbows" today and couldnt get over how how only 2 month ago he was struggling with simple figure 8s.

I was also putting together some nice moves (If I may say so) along with the usual fooling around low in the grass.

Almost stalled my engine in the 600nsp today when I took it an inch too low.

This was the result when I brought it in.

Today was awesome. I feel I have jumped another step forward and starting putting twists inot my moves now. Tried Rainbows today and they look amazing to watch. Still a little messy but will have them cracked soon enough.

My best flying yet today and thanks Tim for your support again. Really moving on now Thought I was gonna fly like a bag of spanners today as not been out for a couple of weeks but soon got into the swing of it lol.

On a different note - How many of you can truthfully fly around in a circle? I tried this today and it felt like I had gone back to day one lol. Not easy at all. Think I am going to have a 'Back to Basics' flight every time I go out from now on. Sounds really easy but it's not.

Until the next time..... I can sing a rainbow, sing a rainbow lol

Cheers Phil. Definately did speak to Tim about the camera gear. I had a spontaneous outburst this morning and ended up buying a Sony A200. Seemed like a really good deal and read loads of good reviews about it but after speaking to Tim, I may have made the wrong choice.

Sounds like a good day Tim, Richard I had to stay local today. In true Stainburn tradition though I was pushing again today you'll be glad to hear.

The outcome wasn't so good though...

I had to rush her to the A&E department at Fast Lads, kin thing got the better of me again, Doh! Yet another set of blades, skids, and the usual stuff. Just come in for a break need to get it finished for tomorrow, and show the thing who's boss.
