  • Torque tube - offset bearing?

What do most of you do when fitting the torque tube bearing & rubber on any of the align helicopters. Is it best to put the bearing and rubber in the middle or offset it & if so by how much.

    Regards as always

    Definitely offset.

How much? maybe 30-50mm ish or whatever it says in the instructions.

The reason why is all about preventing harmonic vibration, and trust me, you don't want that in your heli!

The bearing should be 22.6cm from front of torque tube, 24.1cm from rear of torque tube. Page 14 of ESP manual. HTH.
