    Great Customer Service

    I had a spektrum receiver that started to glitch, so I emailed Horizon, and they said sent it to them to have a look at.

    So Tue I sent it off, and was expecting an email next week or so, to let me know what was wrong with it.

    But no...

    Today I come home to a new rx FOC, with a note saying the old one had a Intermittent connection fault.

    How great a service is that

    Well done Horizon, I am VERY impressed.

    You are not alone! HH give the best customer support I've ever seen.

    I asked if they could sell me an AR7000 case, as I bust mine in a crash, they replied, not an item they sell, but they'll send me one FOC.

    Unbeatable.

            HH support is one of the best in the business, second to none IMO. They sent me a trim FOC this morning for a mates DX7. Dont get any better than that. They actually take into consideration that its very simple to fix problems like that. They use their heads and save the customer time and effort. Definately one of the best distributors ive dealt with so far anyways. Aurrora and Fastlad being the other 2 up there with them (IMO anyways)
