  • Trex 250 help!!

    Hi all,

    Once again i call on this trusty forum.......

    I am wondering what all you you who fly the trex 250 are using in regards to settings?

    as in all of them pitch curves,throttle curves,swash mix,expo etc etc.. for various modes?

    Just wanted to know what forum users were using for their trex 250's

    You have probably guessed by now that i have just bought one pre-built.

    and im dying to get it flying.....???

    let us know...

    i would have thought it all depends on if your learning to fly or into 3D flying on how you set it up.. ??

    was looking into 1 myself & now the fast lads team have a 15% reduction on their 250's they looking more tempting than ever...

        I had mine set up with a 100% flat throttle curve, 0,25,50,100 pitch and 50% swash mixes all round and it seemed to fly pretty nicely. I can't remember what the actual pitch values were but I think I had it set up for maximum possible pitch without any binding. As far as expo goes... up to you I guess -personally I put about 20% on all my helis.

        I only really use it at home now though for a bit of indoor hovering so I've reduced my swash mixes drastically and set the pitch curve to 70% -nice and tame/quiet with long flight times.
