dealextreme.com expected delivery time?

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone has dealt with dealextreme.com? What are your experiences?
How long did it take for you to get your items delivered to your door if you've ordered from them?

I ordered some carbon blades off them in two packages just under 4 weeks ago and still haven't received anything. They say on their system they've sent the items (both with tracking). I wonder where they could be!!

Whenever i have used deal extreme i get there goods deliverd in a week, not orderd from them in ages... but i find there delivery time is very good.

Yeh I have, it only tracks up until it leaves hong kong unfortunately. I don't mind waiting, just want to know if it's definately on the way.

Hmm, probably Royal Mail mucking things up? Or maybe the swine flu pandemic slowing things down???

If you paid by Paypal, put in a claim.

I've sent them an email, so hopefully they will be investigating it soon. If all else fails I'll put in a claim on Paypal.

Id put in the claim anyway to put a foot up their arse, anything over a month is unaccpetable.

I've ordered from them one time only and if I remember rightly, it did take a few weeks to arrive -not quite sure if it was as long as 4 weeks but it definitely took a good while.

It's been over 3 weeks now since I started this thread I still have not received my items yet!!! I've had contact with dealxtreme and all I've been told is to wait wait and wait! I've waited over 6 weeks now!!!!! They say they're going to follow it up with their postal system - they are so slow to reply to everything!

Should I escalate my paypal dispute into a claim - todays the last day to escalate it??? What should I do?

Hi.You only have so long with paypal to claim but i cant remember how long.Anyway you are way way past the waiting game get your money back now while you can!.

id start the claim now while you can - you can always cancel the claim later but you wont be able to escalate to a claim again if you wait.
