    I finally got down to about 2 foot off the ground inverted ( Trex 500)....... once you have overcome the nerves its not that bad so I did it again a couple more times. I did not try to cut the grass as I felt that might be pushing my luck.....

    After spending an hour or so fixing the broken clunk tube on the Trex700 the above really put a smile on my face....

    good on ya for getting low... but getting any lower and cutting the grass; I've found that it can tend to sometimes take chips out of the leading edge of the blade....Maybe there were twigs and stuff hidden in the grasses where I fly..

                  can someone tell which way round is easyest when inverted nose or tail in as hoping to give this a go tommorow

                    What ever is comfortable for you.

                    I prefer nose in because in a panic if you push the sticks to move the heli away from you its the same inverted nose in as it is upright tail in,it just seems more natural to me
