novarossi 57 engine

Hi dudes
as some of you may know i've got one of the new novarossi 57's and boy is it a bit tricky

i've run it in today and put about 1/2 a gallon of cool power 30 through it

anyone had any probs, anyone got any ideas on the nova

hi leckeylee i have a nova rossi 52 in my 600 for 2 years now and its cool,, BUT,, it takes about a gallon of fuel to run it in proper ,its not an os witch is plug an play,so you need a lot off patience if you aint got it get rid,, the engine goes through 3 stages in glow plugs, this engine can be a right bitch to set up ,when it comes to fuel it dont like 30 % mutch 10% tune goes like sh,,t off shovel got to get g plug right ..there isnt mutch i havent experiment ed with on this engine type ,,i have a 57 with exh witch is going in my hurican 50 ,,rjx ,,,it is a paine to set up but there is a lot of mods have gone into this engine to make it more user freindley let me know ow you get on ,,,

hi i also have a nova rossi one of the best motors i have ever owned as last post says no patientce dont even think you will get the best out of it iaways run mine on cool power 10% and have done about 4 gallons of fuel in it now fully on song will start with ease and power is more than i can handle you will not regret buying this but do stay with it will pay off in long run fantastic engine now wait for all the neg comments to fly but would not swap mine for any other 50 size motor

I have a novarossi 60 for my raptor...was a realpain until it had done about 2 gallons settled down now on 10% runs nice...(currently residing in another heli)

it s a engine that is well built i have had this engine go lean on me i mean hot if it was a os ,piston gone , not with this baby ,.your final plug should enya 4 its a high compresion engine so it needs a cool plug once it starts to run in...the liner on the 57 is a work of art this gives it its sound the engine makes and heples with throtle response ,,,you mustmake sure carb is tight on engine,no air leaks before fiting
